An art entertainment or an entertainment performance which was held in a country, it is inseparable from the philosophy of a State is located. Facts first: a fatwa from the majority religious authorities who oppose holding Lady Gaga concert in Indonesia.
The second fact: the fact of opposition from the legislature in this case some factions in the House of Representatives (in fact is the party who has the authority of a State that refers to the principle of trias politica), which also opposed the holding of the concert Lady Gaga.
From two facts were sufficient when referring to a legal perspective, it has become a validity that authoritarianism and totalitarianism was the cause cancellation of the concert Lady Gaga (where the concert was canceled). Which is dominated by the claim that only the lower middle class that dominates these issues, but the reality is not like that. There has never been empirically actions carried out a massive rally in entertainment issues by civil society of Indonesia. Yet when we refer to the entertainment issues are very sexy as a political commodity, State of Indonesia is an example of the State which has a wealth of entertainment issues that can be used as a political commodity, one of which is the issue of cancellation of this Lady Gaga concert.
